A couple hiccups during the quote and purchasing, but overall I would recommend Capitol Glass to anyone buying windows. You do want to do your homework and get other quotes as Capitol is not always the least expensive. They will however work with you AND you do know that you are getting a product that if broken during delivery will not take 6-8 weeks to get replaced. That and they stand behind their product. So far I've found the hardware and windows to be very good quality. Again, I would easily recommend this company to anyone looking for windows.

They came out and measured and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. They had one issue which they took care of internally and things went as well as could be expected. They sent out a crew that was quite knowledgeable about the service and they were as unobtrusive as could be. They got materials together so that when they started they were able to keep working in an efficient manner. They were quite tidy and I simply was impressed with their work. The windows look first rate, and I can't wait to see how they will reduce my heating bill this winter! I took advantage of their 25% discount special in March and I'm glad I did.

the guarantee was not worth the extra price, for my application. The dimensions of the windows were very precise and they were ready at the time promised. I am very pleased with them.
