Went great. I initially ordered 15 yards of topsoil and needed help spreading it and leveling the yard and reading it for me to spread seed. ended up ordering an extra five yards for a vegetable garden and other projects. . The topsoil and Topsoil price and the help was great, labor cost was a little spendy, but worth it because I didn't have to spread it by myself. . The grass is just starting to come in and the yard is going to look totally different than it did before, what an improvement! Cand L was also very responsive to my calls. All in all very satisfied.

The yard was made as level as possible and an old broken concrete sidewalk was removed. The wall was built and looks great. However, there were things left to finish the following spring due to the colder weather in Alaska. We've had neighboors ask who the contractor was. When spring arrived we called and emailed the contractor with no responce. I've sent 3 emails and left several voicemail messages. I even spoke to his wife and she simply stated that was his side of the business and I'd have to call him (my conversation with the wife was one of the first attempts to reach him in the spring). So we're left with a retaining wall that needs final completion; gluing the top caps to the wall, and my yard needs topsoil and seeding.
