Ben arrived promptly as scheduled for an estimate of the painting job. He accurately noted all areas needing repair prior to painting. Contact by phone and email was prompt and the estimate was detailed to be by each room. The job was completed on time and according to the estimate. We were so thankful for the initial work that 2 weeks later they were able to come back and do additional work.
The area painted included 20' ceilings, working around large windows, carpet and woodwork. Upon arrival, floors/furnishings were draped for protection, and pathways covered for worker access. The job carried over several days and at the end of each day supplies were neatly set and floors vacuumed. Each day was a regular schedule of approx. 9:30am arrival and end about 5pm with a mid-day lunch break. All the crew were professional, neat, and were happy campers. We will definitely use Campbell Painting for future jobs.

Overall, his work site was sloppy, paint on the carpet, mattress, drapes, clothes, and I do not believe that he actually painted two coats everywhere as per our contract.

"When showing up to a job site I ask that you take down, move and take everything away from the walls. This was not done at this house. A little drip of paint got on the carpet, it came out so well it cleaned your carpet back to it normal state. Paint may have gotten on the mattress because we had to move your bed for you and it might have been on my hands,(I am a painter not a mover) sorry if that happened. I did put 2 coats of paint on the walls as part of the contract but when paying paint(that you even told me you were not happy with what you got from a big box store) it may take more coats, because you picked a light color to go over a darker color. Everything was cleaned up and two coats where put on all the walls. I am truly sorry you were not happy with your paint job and I would love to fix anything you want me to but when I left your home everything was clean and there was two coats put on the walls."
