Great up to the 'sale'
Provider pushed plain white - which doesn't really look commensurate with the price.
Didn't inform us that a there was a special for a finish upgrade that started after our initial deposit but before our install.
Had measurements wrong on initial order.
Provided no break out of the costs (or of the actual items to be included other than a picture) - resulting in agreed to items not being provided initially.
Used the measure once cut twice install method resulting in a number of bonus holes in our sheet rock that I had to patch
