Over the last few months we have made several changes to our daily operations that will reduce our response time and benefit you, your tenants and employees. We track all of our employee’s locations via GPS location services. This enables us to determine which employee is closest to an area when calls come in during the day for a quicker response time. Additionally, all of our employees carry smartphones that are email and data enabled. Each employee has been given an email address so when you email a work order to [email protected] we can forward the email to the assigned employee in the field. This helps us and the assigned employee in our communication of the issue, such as where the issue is and who reported it and tracking of the costs associated with the call. Bruin Enterprises has been in business since 2001 and we have built a solid reputation and a devoted client list over this time.

As our fabulous neighbor was the Facilities Contracting Officer Division of General Services Dept of Administration for the government, we trusted him to steer us in the right direction -- and he most definitely did! We met with Bruin Enterprises the very next morning. Bruin Enterprises was extremely efficient and professional. Bruin had the carpenter, painter, window repair/replacement people, as well as the flooring measured that afternoon. Plumbing, HVAC, cabinets, garage door, and electrical people were out a little later.
Bruin created the Scope of Work, got bids to us, and oversaw/walked us through the whole process making sure that things were done/installed in the proper sequence of events. Since there was no way we could have imagined, much less anticipated, this magnitude of work we were cost sensitive. Bruin helped us keep our costs as low as possible but still have good, quality work that will last. Bruin helped with getting and installing all new appliances (kitchen to laundry), new flooring, new cabinets, new light fixtures for all rooms, new doors (closet, interior and exterior), new hardware for doors and kitchen and bath cabinets. Plus interior and exterior paint and the garage floor and door.
Bruin ensured my mom and I had access to the upstairs bathroom while the demo and other work was being done. Our concern was for work to be done as efficiently as possible. They assured us that working around our needs would not slow down work at all. And it did not.
It is vitally important to work with a company that has extensive experience in the building industry that you can trust will know where costs can safely and effectively be cut. And to bring up to code for insurance discounts and rental property requirements! The house is now beautiful, like brand new, up to code, and qualifies for insurance discounts!
