A professional representative from Blind Factory will come to your home, measure your windows, provide qualified advice regarding appropriate window treatments and help select colors if needed. Within 24 hours we will send you a quote for the chosen products. After approval the order will be placed and generally received within 2 weeks. After the blinds have arrived we will contact you to schedule the installation. We also offer repair services on HunterDouglas window treatments.

I left a message and David Powers called me back the next morning and talked me through taking the blind down so that I could bring it to him. I took it to him around noon. He called around 4 pm to say it was done.

Dave stopped by right on time for his appointment. He checked out the blind and realized that mine were not the ones he carried, so he went to the other blind company and picked up the part he needed. He then installed the part. Everything looks wonderful!

It went like it should. I made a phone call and requested a bid. He provided the bid. I selected the product, paid a deposit, and he ordered it. It was here quickly. He installed it and I paid him the rest. He was very professional and straightforward. No games, no hidden costs, etc.

Great service. A little pricey but we selected the higher quality product. His bid on a lower line was more moderate in price. Very professional. The installer showed more attention to detail that I would have if I had done it myself. I was very impressed.
