Chris with Biro Services was very professional and timely. His work is unprecedented and the materials he offers are truly Alaska's Best. I experienced a fire in my unit he recently remodeled. Chris was quick to respond with his team to get the demo rolling and start renovations with the utmost care and customer in mind. I would give Biro Services a sixth star if I could. This deck leveling project became ridiculously expansive and expensive. All of the support beneath the deck had to be upgraded to meet code. The 4 x 4 supports had to be replaced by 6 x 6 supports with new pilings I got three different bids, and Chris was thankfully lower than the other two, making it affordable. Chris works hard and is thorough. He's good at solving problems and learning new things. He's also trustworthy and amiable to work with. He has helped me with four major home improvement projects over the last three years. I could not have been a vacation rental host without his expertise in remodeling and in doing needed repairs all in a timely manner.
