Re installed a door, neat and tidy very professional

Mr. Bradford allowed me to set an appointment for having him come to do the work when my desk arrived. He provided me with an itemized list of what I needed to have done to make sure we were on the same page. He was here early every day and ready to tackle the job. One of the things that I required was that he obtain building permits and strictly comply with the building code requirements since I was having him install new electric outlets in the ceiling. He had no problem doing that and had licenses subs that he oversaw for portions that he was not licensed to do. During the process, when he hit snags that neither one of us foresaw (i.e. needing an upgraded circuit breaker) and were not a part of the itemized list he produced, he would explain the situation and offer to pay for whatever was needed himself. He finished the project when he promised it would be done. He was meticulous in his work and it turned out beautifully. He also warrantied his work for one year. I am very impressed with Mr. Bradford and will be hiring him for any future upgrades and additions I do to the house.

Very professional and courteous. Anthony gave us some excellent ideas. Prep work, to painting excellent job! I liked the idea that he took his time and did not rush thru this job. He was prompt, always kept in contact, returned call right away. After job was finished, my house was cleaned, you did even know he was there, carpets vacuumed And floors mopped, very impressive. I would highly recommend Anthony Bradford construction, for any job!! ,

My husband and I are getting older and not able to do the work we once could do in a couple weekends. We found Anthony Bradford from a friend who had used him for a remodel of a bathroom. We could'nt be happier. Our kitchen is beautiful. Anthony had great ideas that I would'nt have even thought of. I had first gone to a Big Box to look at prices and ideas. Wow talk about sticker shock. Anthony beat the prices on the install drastically. And we did'nt have to wait weeks for an appointment. Even though we don't live in Anchorage, Anthony was great about the commute. Never left us hanging wondering where he was or if the job was going to ever get done. Very considerate. My husband is a retired carpentire, needless to say he watched Anthony like a hawk. Even my husband was impressed with the finish work. Joints were tight, drawers and doors all open smooth. Perfect! The best part of my kitchen is that because of the reasonable price of the install, I was able to afford the extras. My island is to die for. This is my Dream Kitchen! I'll be useing Anthony when we do our masterbath.

Very well on time all the way

Anthony took his time and worked dilligently to do a good job, correct some major problems and gave me nearly 4 times the counter space that I had prior to the renovation. Here every day on time and worked until the job was done and perfect, this guy does not cut corners or do a half a** job every thing was done to code and done right the first time. Total job took 6 weeks from demo to finished product. The only thing he did not do was the counter tops they were done by Alaska Countertops The Andersons.
