We have used Andrew's once a year for at least 3 years and each time, he's done a very good job. My only caveat this last time, was that there were two small chairs under which the carpet did not get cleaned. I normally don't worry about moving furniture around to clean under, but I thought he had always moved the smaller stuff in the past. I had to end up running my little carpet extractor underneath to clean it. Not a big deal at all: I'm sure had I mentioned it he would have been happy move the chairs and go under them, so it's just a minor little detail.Maybe he was a little bit in a hurry, but it certainly doesn't prevent me from using him again, because all in all, he did a very thorough job.
