The Field Service Journeyman/Inspector (KH) arrived on site with ALL the equipment
required to access the shut off.
His demeanor, dress and conduct were EXCELLENT for his specific profession.
He arrived within the specified time frame very near the early side of the range.
He executed his tasks quickly, skillfully and explained his work as he proceeded.
Upon completion of the turn off, he requested I confirm the task was completed
successfully. And he waited until I did to depart.
Before departure he gave me his card and advised of the process to request the
turn on.
The office staff's (J) knowledge and skill in helping understand the sequence of
events was EXCELLENT! They walked me through the process and were
extremely courteous.
I contacted the Field Service Journeyman/Inspector, upon request of the plumber,
just before the completion of the job. He arrived in 4 minutes and 52 seconds!
(He was passing by the area on his way to another job) So, despite the usual
procedure of waiting until the afternoon, he exercised prudence in customer
service and time management. (Good job KH!) He waited as the plumber confirmed
all services were restored and there were no problems.
The entire experience extremely pleasant and completely successful.
