It went very well. The husband and wife team are very professional, friendly and responsive to my requests. They give plenty of notice when their vacation is coming up. With two people (sometimes three), the work goes very quickly...a plus for us. They are honest, hard working people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

They were fabulous. Very professional, very competent. They didn't bump up the price even though the job probably took longer than they expected. I feel fortunate to have found them and am recommending them to my friends.

And our company didn't work in Eagle River where you live November 19th when you had your house clean. Up to this point we have never had more than two people working in our clients homes. They were very professional - even provided references when prompted. They were punctual and everything was in order. However, they did not clean the baseboards (which was stated in the contract for first time cleans). The only reason I terminated the service as I just did not feel their prices were worth it. I had them clean around 1300 sq ft monthly for which they charged $180 so I started to look around and found a licensed and insured cleaner who charged me $130 for entire house (3400 sq ft). Overall, they were fine but not a very good value for your money.

"I'm very sorry to hear that we missed some of the baseboard. I know the majority did get done though because I did them myself. We work very hard in our client's homes and pay close attention to detail. During the walk through we always ask our clients to please let us know if we have missed anything so we can return and resolve it immediately or adjust the price for the next clean to make up for it. The last text we received from you said, “Thanks for cleaning my home its sparkling unfortunately I just don't have it in my budget to continue the service." If we had known it was a quality issue we would have corrected the oversight immediately to your satisfaction. It's extremely important to us that we make our clients happy and we work very hard to do so. We believe communication is key to a good working relationship and desire to correct any issues that come up directly. The part of the house we cleaned was bigger than 1300 sqft, more like 1800. We do charge more for monthly cleaning because it takes longer than weekly or bi-weekly. The regular cleaning in your home took us two and a half to three hours between two people, 5-6 man hours in total. We're sorry it didn't work out but you should not tell people that they are doing great and then leave a negative review. If you want to try new cleaners just say so. With all due respect, please don't try to damage someone’s reputation when they are clearly doing their very best to please you, that’s just not fair. Sincerely, Jeremy Scantlin"

I am very satisfied with their services. They are very professional, and are accommodating to my schedule if changes are needed.
I have already recommended them to a friend who is looking for someone to do housecleaning for her home. Melissa is very sweet and they have a professional operation. I was impressed that they have a contract which lays out the details of what the consumer should expect, what products they use, etc. They come every other week to clean my home and each time, I look forward to coming home to a clean and orderly home.

I had this company come in and clean my rental property (a residential home) in preparation for a new tenant coming in. They did a fantastic job and were very responsive. I was unable to make an appointment for a walk-through work with my schedule, and they were flexible enough to go to the property and allow me to walk them through over the phone.

I found Mel via Angie's List and what a gem of a find she and cleaning-partner husband are! They are extremely conscientious about making sure your home is sparkling clean while not using harsh chemicals. They take true pride in their work and it shows! I've recommended them to many friends and colleagues. Communication with customers is excellent - they started telling me months ahead of time about a planned break over the holidays so that I could plan accordingly. And phone calls/emails are always returned promptly. Truly excellent folks!

I called Melissa in May after finding her on Angie's list. She returned my call promptly, but said that she was unable to take on any more clients at that time, but took my name and number. In July, she called me and said that she was expanding and had some openings. She scheduled a walk through and we discussed our needs. I wanted someone every other week and do not require every room done every time. She was most professional, and sweet too! We are a senior couple in a big house, so unless family is coming to visit, 2 or 3 of our rooms are not used. Also, my husband likes to clean his own kitchen. Melissa came up with a basic price for us, based on our needs, then an additional fee for each room as needed. We also like that we can request other specialized tasks at additional, fair pricing. We were given paperwork which described the pricing, products and policies. They started a few days later and she and Jeremy have been coming every other week since. They are efficient, thorough and pleasant. A few times they were running a bit late, and she text me to let me know. On the second time they were scheduled to come, we were expecting guests, and I asked if I could possibly switch with someone so that they could clean before our guests arrived. They worked it out and I was so appreciative, so add flexibility to their list of pluses. We are extremely satisfied customers.

Melissa comes out every week to clean our three bedroom, two bathroom home. She uses her own products and vacuum and does an excellent job cleaning the house. But my favorite part about her service is that she's an excellent communicator. If she's going to be a little late, or if she has a question, she sends me a text. And if I have a question, or a small favor to ask (when I'm out of town, I'll ask her to bring the trash can back to the house for me), I send her a text and she gets back to me promptly.
One thing that I can't overstate: Coming home to a clean house makes my life *much* less stressful. I'm happy to have found her!

They were able to clean my house when I needed them to, Flexable on scheduling, They were able to fit me in on extra day when more needed to be done. They will be comming back weekly while we have the house for sale.

Communication was awesome. Two professional cleaners. Time spent was adequate. Only constructive criticism would be for cleaners to wear alternate indoor footwear (such as slippers or shoe covers) as appropriate. Money well spent. Considering regular service.

y I am so glad that I called Melissa to help me do a thorough cleaning of my apartment. From our first contact on the phone, Melissa was very kind and professional. She arrived with everything she needed to clean, including an excellent vacuum cleaner! Her work was quite good and she did exactly what I asked her to do. She was a joy to chat with and I was completely comfortable leaving her alone in all parts of my home. Melissa was a blessing and I will definitely use her again on a regular basis.

I was leaving town and didn't want to leave my dogs at the kennel. My friend had mentioned that she had Melissa watch her dogs when she went on vacation and was very pleased with her services. I called Melissa last minute and she said she could come to the house for a meet and greet. She showed up at my house and my dogs like her instantly and so did I. She listened to what I needed and provided me with all of her professional information. I left town feeling like I had left my pets and home in good hands. While I was gone she text me letting me know how everything was going and even text me some cute pictures of the dogs while they were on their walk. Melissa had also offered me her cleaning service and cleaned my house while I was gone. I ended up having to stay out of town an extra day and Melissa was so nice fitting me into her schedule to cover that extra day at no extra charge. I'm very happy to find someone I trust in my house and have had Melissa watch my pets since then. It was so nice to come home to a happy dogs and a clean house. I highly recommend Forget Me Not Pet Services and House Cleaning.
