Residential Promotion: AK PRO'S is offering seasonal packages starting with our Spring cleanup package at a base rate of $120. Summer lawn service rate are per 1/4 acre.$40 per 1/4 acre, $75 per 1/2 acre, $115 per 3/4 acre and $150 per 1 acre.( 4 weekly mows the 5th will be FREE!). If the estimate exceed per acre base rate we will subtract 20% off the final bill. We do offer fertilization (strongly recommend), calprit lime pellets(strongly recommend), edging, pruning and hedging all at an additional cost. If you are interested in any of the additional services? Please inquire? Fall cleanup base rate is $100. We are offering snow plowing at a base rate of $20 and Snow shoveling walkways at cost of $7.50 per 15ft.
