I made an appointment and due to there scheduling arrangement were  not able to keep the agreed time but were able to show up later that evening.  I found them to be quite professional. The work was done quickly.  The carpets were in bad condition i.e. multiple stains.  While they were not able to get out all of the stains, the carpet was clean, compared to the starting condition.  The only complaint was that the carpets were still wet the following day.  I would recommend them and utilize them again.
