Good phone call, no actual action on their part to get the job.

The service went well for the most part. There were some issues where the installation took a little longer than expected due to him not having his staff to help him out. They called in sick so he could not do some things. The job extended to an extra week, but aside from that, the quality was good. The day he said he was going to be there he was there on time. I would tell my friends that the workmanship was excellent, but when it comes to communication and not having staff available which is required, there is a problem there. If you might have some work that you might want done, it might be extended a little longer than anticipated based on the issues we had.

Showed up quickly to bid job, came in lower than the steel gutter folk and was available quickly to do the work.
He showed up with his business partner and fiance - they started around 3 and finished around 7. It has not rained yet so I am not positive the gutters are solid, but they look good, the price was reasonable and he is a super nice guy. 
Give them a shot, you won't regret it!

Kerry and his coworker came by and installed my gutters quickly and efficiently.  I appreciated the fact that when he had questions or was not certain of my preference on something he would check with me - again explaining options.  The gutters looks great and work well.

The jacks were to go on the back of the house and this was done when I was not home and they put them on the front of the house over the bay window where they are not needed.As of 12 Aug 2012 they have yet to come fix the problem and put them on the back so the snow does not slide off the metal roof and kill my small dogs. I have call over a dozen times and Kerry the owner argues with me each time telling me he is busy and snow jacks are very expensive. The last time I called was in either April or May 2012 and he said he would be over the next day and never showed, it seems to be the normal for him to not show up. He is quick to show up for a new job but not to fix his mistake.

My plastic gutters were falling apart and I called Seamless Gutter Professionals for an estimate. Kerry provided one within a few days, and I hired them to install seamless gutters on my one-story home. They were prompt, curteous, and did an excellent job. They provided a three-year warranty. These gutters made it through the winter of 2011/2012 (record snowfall) like a champ! They held up perfectly.
Two years after they were installed, I called Kerry and asked him to come back to make a minor adjustment. He did, and honored the warranty and did not charge me.
Not only did this company do a great job at a fair price, but they actually honored the warranty and came back out when I called. Many times companies will tell you how great their warranty is to try and get you to buy their product, but actually getting them back to your home after you've paid them can be frustrating, if not impossible.
These guys are good, honest people who do quality work. Excellent product and excellent customer service.
