Keller Williams is the agency that employs Michael Schwartz (separate review).  After all of the difficulty and non-responsiveness of their agent, we tried reaching out to the agency.  His manager was lackluster at best when contacted.  I read the disputed area of the contract to the Broker Manager - I think his name was Bruce Jacques of something like that - and he agreed that the agent was incorrect in his interpretation.  He said he would contact him to take care of it.  I later found out that he disparaged us just as his agent did, and that he was rude and cursed at the buyers agent when she called with the same questions we had.
I highly recommend that people NOT use this agency.  You won't get any service if you do, but you'll pay a lot of money.

Start up was excellent. support staff professional. Listing, staging, pictures and signage very quick, professional. Then nothing, no open house, no sales tours or open house. No sales staff of this office came on site to visit home, Again listing team excellent. Sales team nonexistent. No showing by this group or others.

The overall experience was GREAT! She walked us through, step by step. As first time home buyers, we felt like we were in great hands with Lori. She was very honest, and great at explaining the entire process it takes to buying a home.

I had used Lori's services to buy this home several years ago. So when I needed to sell it, I immediately thought of her. First I discovered my place would be hard to sell due to being a mobile home on land. Banks don't finance these so I had to find a cash buyer, difficult in this economy. Lori listed it on the MLS, on Craigslist, and through networking.  Right away we received tons of calls, but lost them when they found out about the "cash only" aspect. She kept trying, supporting me through showings and offers, and was especially supportive when a "sure thing" deal fell through. Finally she found a qualified buyer and was there every step of the way, even offering help when the time came to move. She was so helpful, explaining all the mumbo-jumbo of the transaction. Throughout the process, she became a friend, as well as being a competent agent .
