I did not expect the dog hair to be gone because most places do not get it all out and they charge extra. I was charged a little extra, and every last hair was gone! That is saying something since I have 4 dogs, and I transport them all over to go walking, hiking, etc., and it gets pretty dirty and hairy in there. I will definitely use them again; I just wish they were easier to get a hold of - returning calls is an issue.
