  Bob from Glover & Son came out to my home for a service call to fix my very old a/c, when bob came out he quickly realized that the unit had been rotting out. Bob was very informative took pictures to show me the issues and even walked me outside to explain what was happening with my unit. He told me we had to replace the unit, gave me a quote on replacing the A/c and added an option to replace the furnace as well. Bob wasn't pushy with replacement of both and assured me that I had time to think about what I wanted to do. I had another company come out to give me a quote and they were very pushy on selling me both furnace and a/c and the price was way too high. I called Glover & Son back to let them know I wanted to do both Furnace & A/c, Thank you Bob & Glover & Son for being trustworthy

  They came out the next day and diagnosed/fixed the problem within half an hour. It was during a week with 95+ degree temperatures so it was greatly appreciated. Not only was the problem fixed quickly but the service technician explained how to best care for my AC units as well

  I was fortunate to get the owner Steve Hussey on my service call who supplemented his staff at this busy time of year. He is very professional. courteous, and punctual.&nbsp;He takes pride in his company and seeks a longterm business relationship with his customers. He had to come back on two additional days to buy replacement parts &nbsp;to complete the service but was always on schedule. I did not feel he was trying to upsell. All in all, he gives up to date professional service at a fair price in a timely fashion. &nbsp;I felt that both customer and service provider were happy with the business transaction. He left me the service manuals for the Carrier furnance and for the Honeywell thermostat which will be a good resource if we need future service.   Mario and Jose from cyclone air systems came to my house to inspect and clean my dryer vent I called these guys because my dryer took more than 3 drying cycles to dry my clothes "2 hours".
