"This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "

"2 Bathroom remodeling staining cabinets, offered a water heater replacement. Fix a broken drain pipe outside. Lots of issues in so many things such as demo taking out handicap bars and replacing with other bars that did not match. Painting had to be redone by others as David did not return my wife's phone calls. We had him do two projects as we were satisfied with the first one. The second master bath had issues with workers not showing up when they said they would. Different worker issues. I had to wait almost 2 years to write this as we just found more and more issues with workmanship. Oh yes that waterheater that was supposed to be new had a dented backside and there was no overflow valve put in correctly upon inspection by another company the install was bad by State construction. We had to pay another company to fix. Would I recommend No. David nice but scattered and his follow through was not good. Only the flooring tile sub contractor was great. But grout is coming out in b"
