At first, he was willing to talk me through it over the phone before he would come out w/o any charge (this is a good sign). I insisted he make the trip based on my inability to perform the task. He not only looked after the drywall issue, I asked him to take care of a couple more items while he was there (hang a very heavy mirror, insert a sink backsplash for 2 sinks, clean the sink pipes, etc). He did so very willingly. Jeff has his customer's satisfaction at heart and no task is too small for him. I am very happy with his craftmanship and would hire him again. Thanks Jeff."
