    This company was absolutely EXCELLENT! Privacy in my home is very important to me and I now have that with the window tint installation. Also, the heat does not enter my home and my entire house is cooler. The install technician was very professional and clean with all of the work. He was also very fast and the prices were very fair.     FAS Windows and Doors did an EXCELLENT job for me. I ordered six large windows hurricane windows. I wanted the best windows and in my research the South Florida company PGT Windows is the best. I got double pained, insulated with argon gas windows. The salesman was Frank Martinus and he told me that in central Florida the type of windows that I had researched were over kill for the type of storms we have. He recommended a step down in windows and price. I liked that he was honest and did not try to sell me the top of the line but he give me his professional opinion, answered my questions, and the customer is all ways right. Frank is a very nice man and a joy to do business with. The head installer was C. J. Johnson and he had Chris and Richard with him. The three worked very hard all day. They cleaned up as they went along installing each window. They were pleasant and put up with me observing and asking questions. I summary, from the shopping to the installation it was a very nice experience. Today a company manager called to see if everything went well and if there were any concerns. This is a well run company. I recommend them for your window and door needs. P.S.: found them on Angie's List and I want to thank my fellow members for their reviews

    The crew of two arrived as specified. They got to work quickly and worked well as a team. We have large windows facing east and west that bring in a lot sunshine and heat here in the Orlando area along with leaded glass front doors that also needed to be included. Our home is new construction so there are few large trees! The crew took a look at what needed to be done and got to work immediately. The crew did an awesome job. We noticed immediately the difference in the sun, heat and glare NOT coming into the house! You can't tell by looking at the windows that the film was applied. From the outside of the house, the windows and front doors look just a little darker but hardly noticeable. 16 windows had the film applied and the work was completed in 2 hours. The crew was very courteous, their work was detailed and exact , and neat and tidy and professional. They knew their product and gave us specific instructions on care before leaving

    Prior to installation, a representative came to our home and provided us with a detailed estimate based on our requirements. The representative gave us several options to consider; he even left his company samples with us so we would not be rushed to make a decision as to which option we wanted. The initial appointment (in-home estimate) was professional from start to finish, the representative carefully took measurements, explained what would be done, and answered all our questions. The day of installation was just as professional. Although the installer was a bit late in arriving, he called to inform us he was running late. When he arrived, he was extremely courteous, professional, and informative regarding the product and what he was going to do. He properly prepared the windows before installing the film and when he was finished he cleaned up everything and went over the warranty with us. We now know why this company has a high customer satisfaction rating with Angie's List; they're a class act that provides superb service and an excellent product at competitive prices.
