The initial consultation with Sue sealed the deal as she was extremely professional and guided me through design ideas while still listing to my needs/wants. When the job started (which was on time as scheduled) her team worked non-stop and fast-paced. All members of the team were professional and treated our property with great respect.   My back yard was a nightmare and I was starting to think that it will never look as great as I am visioning it. Sue called me and in a few days was able to stop over and give me a good estimate on what it will take. I just wish I could express and show everyone what an amazing job her team did. I find myself (no joke) just standing a staring at my back yard. My vision was taken to a new level and you could see the time spent on it, my backyard looks like something from a magazine. Again, it was a NIGHTMARE before... and now its just beautiful... not to forget she was very easy to work with and did everything we asked and more. The Project Manager, Sue, has been nothing less than prompt, efficient, and in constant communication from start to finish, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. She took time to thoroughly explain the most appropriate materials needed for specific areas and conditions around my yard and offered a variety of options for me to choose from. I felt my wants and needs were clearly heard and that I was in control of the choices being made as well as the budget with no pressure, which was highly important to me. Sue demonstrated professionalism and great knowledge of her craft, as did the hardworking team of personable men who put in great effort to finish the job in a timely manner given the rainy days we often have here in FL. Everything was in place, working properly (repaired sprinklers), and cleaned up by the end of business. The price was more than fair for the materials and outstanding service.   After reading their several hundred five star reviews (and a few disappointing interactions with other landscaping companies) I decided to go with Pristine Landscapes to redo our backyard. And they didn’t disappoint! From the first interaction on the phone to in person consultations and the final installation, I can only say the best about Pristine Landscapes. Sue was extremely responsive, professional, and patient during the planning process. I needed some input on plants and design, but also had some ideas myself. Sue worked with me over several iterations, making sure to always explain what would work and what wouldn’t and why. She always made sure to follow up, even when I got caught up in work and did not respond. The two day installation went perfectly as well. Sue arrived on time with a great crew who was professional and respectful. She was there all the time to ensure things were planted just as we wanted them and the team finished on the second day as promised. I highly recommend Pristine Landscapes and am planning to hire them for more projects soonshow more

  Working with Sue was phenomenal! One of the few contractors that actually returned phone calls and kept up on communication. Sue designed a landscape for our front yard and helping us pick out plants, trees, and stone for our project. She also created a photoshop of our lawn to show us what it all would end up looking like. When it came time for installation, Sue and her team worked extremely quickly to have it all done in one day, going the extra mile to add little touches that she felt would add to landscape.
