Water Softener Service
There was a leak after the filter was changed because of the awkward position of our tank. He came to fix it as soon as we called and it is fine now.

MR. PRICE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER HIS VISIT TO FOLLOW UP. WE DECIDED NOT TO PUT IN A WATER FILTER OR SOFTENER AT THIS TIME. I'M NOT SURE THAT MR. PRICE TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD ONE OF MY REQUESTS, THOUGH. HE TOLD ME THAT A FILTER ON MY SHOWER WOULD REMOVE MINERALS FROM THE WATER, BUT THE LITERATURE HE GAVE ME MENTIONED ONLY REMOVAL OF CHLORINE. HIS MEASUREMENT OF THE IRON IN MY WATER WAS DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF THE OTHER COMPANY WE CONTACTED. I HAVE NO WAY TO TELL IF IT WAS ACCURATE OR NOT AS ONLY TWO COMPANIES CAME OUT HERE. HE DID OFFER US A FREE ICE MAKER FILTER IF WE PURCHASED A FILTER SYSTEM FROM HIM THIS TIME AROUND. I FEEL THAT THE OTHER COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE KNEW MORE ABOUT THE WATER QUALITY AND WAYS TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS.
