I needed a new metal roof on a home that my father restored 40 years ago. It was very important to me to keep the same look and use the same hardwood for the facia. I also needed to make sure that the chimneys would be up to code. Cory from Triple AAA, came out and listened to what I wanted and assured me that they would be able to give me a new roof and keep the same look. The roof has just been completed and it is beautiful. Triple AAA employees are fantastic! Thank you to Cory, Maddie, Jason and the crew!!! They were always pleasant and nice and worked very hard. In many cases going over and above to help me with my vision. When I had questions during the install they were answered promptly. The work site was cleaned up each night. I would definitely recommend Triple AAA to anyone wanting a good quality roof install done with a great attitude.

Triple A was prompt in providing an estimate at a very competitive price using quality materials.  The crew was very polite and professional.  The site was cleaned daily.  The finished product was exactly as expected and completed in a timely manner in spite of a lot of bad weather.  Would I use them again or refer them to a friend, absolutely!    

They showed up as promised to get the job done.  The owner is quick is responding to phone calls.

Estimate was immediate, thorough, written and explained.
Work was started promptly and completed in two days.
New asphalt shingles, several rotted plywood replacements, rotted truss 2 x 4's repaired.
All work was satisfactory and as requested.
Workers were polite, congenial and cooperative with existing tenants.
Cleanup was thorough.

Fantastic.  I just bought my home and found the roof was in terrible condition and we had leaks. I called every roofer in the book and Triple AAA roofing was the only one who called me back that day.  Other companies called me back 2 weeks later.  
 Ed came out and fixed the leaks until he could do the job.  Once he started they started on time everyday.  Worked until 5-6 pm sometimes.  Cleaned up after themselves EVERYDAY!  Checked my yard and driveway for any nails.  Very professional.  Gave me extra roofing tiles for future use if need be. 
I have gone thru so many other contractors to fix up my home and he was the only one who made promises and actually did what he said.  He was more money than others but well worth it. 
Keep in mind Ed is not only a Roofer but a licensed Contractor and can fix roof damage problems as well.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to replace a roof.

The job was handled very professionally.

My home inspector recommended this company and I called for a quote. Ed came out and took at the roof, which was leaking. He went up, took photos, then came down, showed me the photos, gave me sample roofing products, and outlined a plan of how they would fix the leak, along with why he thought it was leaking. He even drew some diagrams to make sure I was informed correctly. We ended up getting another quote from another company, who threw a trowel full (literally) of tar on the roof and said it was fixed. It wasn't. We ended up scheduling a repair with Triple A a couple weeks later and even with a tropical storm bearing down, and set to hit in 2 days, the crew of 3 (with one owner) showed up on time saturday and got the job done. They replaced all the flashing around the chimney, repaired ripped shingles, and while up there, found two other places where leaks were imminent. They fixed those spots at no extra charge and there were no more leaks as the tropical storm roared. I believe this is an honest company to do business with.

I obtained a quote in September of 2011 for replacement of my roof. This company was performing some work on a project across the street and I used that opportunity to obtain a bid.   Recently, after incurring some damage to our roof,  we called them to cover the area so as not to experience further damage.  They came out within two hours and assessed the situation.  By the end of the day, the roof was temporarily covered and protected.  We decided on replacing the entire roof rather than repairing it.  They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.  They assisted with other issues and were very helpful, in general.  If they didn't actually provide the service, they knew of reliable contractors and were generous with their referrals.  I would certainly give them the top rating and am very satisfied with my experience.  I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
