The management is nice and courteous, but they use teams to do the cleanings. You never know who you are going to get. The problem is communication and attention to detail. They do not effectively pass on information. So, for example, they kept knocking my satellite speakers off their stands. I told them every time to be careful not to do that. But, they did it on every visit, and they would stick the wires back in to make it look like nothing had happened, but they never actually attached the wires, so it was easy to tell they had done it. Anyway, I complained multiple times, terminated the service once, was promised better performance, and then ended up terminating it again because the problem remained. They also have a habit of not putting things back where they were. Instead of moving, dusting and moving back, they just move and dust.
