Ordered tile on June 30, and was expecting shipment in about 1 week. Every single thing that occured since then has been a total cluster. it took 5 weeks to finally get all of the tile. In the process, they would never know when to expect it, they would give dates and then change the dates. Several occasions they would say it wasn't in, and then I would find it in the store with my name on it myself. Sometimes they would tell me that a box or two was in, and then when I went to get it, they couldn't find it. There would be boxes somewhere in the store, but they couldn't find it. There were two occasions when I found it on the top of a shelf and they would then get it down and give it to me. My remodel has cost me approximately $10,000 more for my contractor than it should have because of them having to wait on tile, and also countertops. (see separate review on counter tops). I will continue to use Home Depot for items that I can pick up at the store, but I will never use their services for any "installed" work, or for anything that needs ordering.

Ordered counter tops through Home Depot. They use a company out of Denver. They measured my counters, and took my new sink, so they could cut counters perfectly to fit large farm sink. On first date of install, they forgot the sink. Had to wait 2 weeks for them to return, and then last minute said it would be another week. They showed up 3 weeks later, and had not cut the counter to match the sink yet. Had to wait 4 hours for them to install the counters and cut the hole for the sink.
