Cupcakes By Design

Paid for 18 Resees cupcakes for my sons birthday, and they were horrible.  They were hard, dry, and the frosting tasted really stale.  Nobody even ate a whole cupcake before throwing them away.  So I called Robyn, the owner, baker.  She apologized and said it must have been the frosting she wrote with, "Happy Birthday", a different chocolate frosting.  She said she would do whatever to make it right, well the birthday was already ruined...  but i asked if she would replace them with the Chocolate and vanilla cakes like i had ordered before.  she said she would.  I had ordered some 2 weeks earlier for my other sons' birthday, and they were pretty good.  They were 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla with raspberries in the cake and raspberries mixed in the frosting.  She said she would replace them with the choc and vanilla like before.  so I go pick them up, there were only 12 of them, and they were all vanilla with vanilla frosting, with one raspberry in the frosting and a couple raspberries in the cake.  Not what I wanted!  and only 12?  My husband loves chocolate, and we had no chocolate.  So I called her again, she apologized and said she would replace them.  the next ones, were all chocolate, and she had told her employee that i would stop at 11 AM to pick them up, when I told her I could stop after work at 5PM.  Got there at 5:20 and the gal had sold 1/2 of my cupcakes because i hadnt picked them up at 11. i refused them, there was not 18 and they were all choc.  talked to her again on the phone, she said she would do what I wanted, 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla with raspberry in the frosting, went the next day to pick them up, they were all chocolate.  The gal that works for her said when I walked in the door, you arent going to like them, they are all chocolate!  and they were!  The frosting was also really runny, nothing like before.  i told the gal i was disgusted and she said i dont blame you!  I asked her what i should do with them now, and she said take them!  i said ok, but I am not happy and i will call Robyn.  got in my car and tried to call Robyn, she did not answer, left a message.  that was yesterday about 1:15, and still have not heard from her.  Called her again today, left a message.  will try to call her every day till I get her.  I dont want anyone to order something for a special occasion to have her mess it up!  She has also been bad about times.  I have told her repedely that I can pick them up before 8AM, during my lunch from 1-2pm, or after 5.  She called me one day at 11:05 and informed me i needed to pick them up before noon that day, when I had planned with her to pick them up between 1-2, my lunch hour, i didnt get the message till after 1.  I do not keep my phone with me at work!  So called her back and told her i would be back at work at 2 and she could put them in my trunk, if that would work for her, she said that would.  so drive in the parking lot and she comes running over to me and said she took them up to my office..... grrrrr.  I had to make 3 trips that evening... on work time.... to get things to my car!  not happy!  I usually have to take packages to UPS after work and with the stupid cupcakes, i had to take 3 trips.  I have a long hallway to my office...  I had bought a gift certificate online for partial payment for these cupcakes, and wrote a check for the remainder.  not sure what to do now. I still have not gotten what I wanted!  dont want the discusting resee ones again!
