I have had Jana cut my hair on approximately 3 occasions. She provided an excellent cut and style on the first occasion.  On the second visit I wasn't as pleased as the first time, but it wasn't too bad and that is often how it goes. The last haircut was not what I had asked for - but I said I would try it a few days and see if it would grow on me.  I called and left a message (you can never reach her directly, always leave a message and she usually calls back) a few days later; however, this time, she never did return my call.  This was more than a month ago. I have since found another beautician and will not return to Jana.
Jana does give a wonderful razor cut, but if customer satisfaction doesn't mean any more than that to her I won't be using her services again.  Also, the last time I was there she was late for my appointment because she squeezed a drop-in cut in before me and then another friend dropped in to visit during my cut and she was so busy talking to her I felt like her mind was not on my haircut. Not very professional for someone so long in the business.
