This go 'round we had Mr. Turner and his crew tear down our old desk and replace with a new one - IT IS BEAUTIFUL! Mr. Turner is not just a contractor, he has the eye of an artist - makes whatever idea or design you have better; more functional and more beautiful. He has done many projects around our home and he is the only contractor we use and the only one we recommend to friends.

One of our ridge vents blew off which created a leak. David came out within a couple days and repaired it. Very nice guy to work with and will use for future projects as he does general contracting. What I really appreciated was his upfront pricing that he explained over the phone. His 'show up' fee included the ridge vent and a few shingles. Our first experience with A.L. was a winner!

Wood was delivered when he said. They got right to work when they started. This took 3 days. Removed all the debris. Very professional team and they worked well together. I would recommend them to anyone.

This team was professional, very knowledgeable and doesn't cut corners. If your looking to have work done and not very knowledgeable, this company explains whats wrong and what needs to be done to correct the issue upfront, no surprises ! Having had many unfortunately disappointing experiences with contractors over the last several months, Mr Turner was a breath of fresh air, from initial contact to finished product! Well, I had worked with 3 contractors before I found DE Turner & Sons. As soon as I spoke to Dave I new he was the man for the job. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional with great ideas. Dave and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. The final cost was exactly what he estimated. He took such good care of me from start to finish. He went above and beyond! I have been enjoying my deck for about 1 month now and I can say I can't find one thing wrong with it. The craftsmanship is amazing! It is spectacular!! I am very grateful for Dave and his crew for making this experience an enjoyable one with a awesome finished product. Mr. Turner informed me they are booked through December of 2017 and therefore haven't time to keep up with emails and phone calls for new jobs. In my opinion, a professionally run business still owes perspective customers the courtesy of a response but my reason for posting is to alert others that you will apparently be wasting your time to call at this time since they are too busy for new jobs.

After acknowledgement it proved to be unresponsive/uncommunicative. This all within a 6 day timeframe. Upon checking I seemed to have the same problem 2-1/2 years ago. I would not recommend them for repairs but they might be ok for full roofing jobs.

During the process water damage occurred to my ceiling. The company was contacted November 8th to repair the damage caused during the roof replacement. He went out to analyze the issue and the company said he would rectify the situation the next morning. He didn't show up until later that night, and did some repairs to the structure. I returned on November 15th and notified him the repair wasn't sufficient, he agreed with the pictures I sent and agreed to come back out to repaint, he set 3 dates to his choosing and has failed to meet any of those dates. Work is still waiting to be resolved. The home is up for sale and the realtor can't do anything until the repairs are completed.

I discovered a leak in my roof. I realized it was the exaust fan that was leaking. I called these guys and they knew exactly what needed to be done. He said he would check all the boots and the roof for other spots and fix for the same price. I also did not need to be home, so i did not need to miss work. David also made it convenient for payment. He said he would be in the neighborhood On Monday and would pick up payment. At the same time he is going to give an estimate on a patio cover. I would recommend these guys again. I will be sure to use them for any future project.

Very well. Mr. Turner and his team did an excellent job and provided us with an outstanding deck. We have received many compliments already! They do quality workmanship at a reasonable price and they strive hard to meet every request. They take pride in their workmanship and they are very good to ensure that your existing space is not damaged during the construction.

Contractor was very professional, easy to do business with and took care to ensure out small roofing job was completed before forecasted rain compounded the damaged roof area. Job completed quickly and with no compromise to quality- and he left the job site clean. Price was fair considering the precarious location of the roof area. A rating, I would use him again.

Quality of work is great. Really like the way it turned out. Needs to improve on getting back to customers more quickly. They do good work so they're busy, however response time might deter some customers.

The main reason for contacting DE Turner and Sons was to get an estimate to replace the columns on my front porch after one had fallen off after a windy rain storm. At the same time, I was going to have all the guttering on my home replaced. David came out and reviewed the project and he suggested the best, most economical way to proceed, which actually saved me alot of money on the guttering because it did not need to be replaced, just re-secured to the roof. I was extremely impressed with the quality workmanship and courtesy extended to me by David, a very pleasant person to deal with. I would highly recommend DE Turner and Sons for any kind of home improvement project and I intend to use them again for additional home projects.

Never sent the estimate. We called several times and they never returned oiur calls. Finally gave up as it was apparent they weren't interested in doing the work. This was several months ago (I guessed at the date as I don't remember the exact date). I gave them a C as I don't know what happened and want to give them the benefit of the doubt.
