STAR FURNITURE

I am searching for furniture for my daughter's apartment. She wants good-quality wooden end tables and coffee stand and a dining room table and chairs. I wasn't impressed with the quality of their furniture and it's over-prices.

Purchased some VERY expensive bedding.
Upon arrival the speakers were ripped off of the underneath of the bed (yes I said speakers)
I did not ask them to take it back as I needed the bed!
I was assured That I would be contacted shortly and someone would come out and repair it.
Still waiting and irritated.
It appears once the sale is made you are pretty much on your own.

I purchased a mattress, and when it was delivered and set up it seemed much higher than it appeared in the showroom. I'm petite, and it was a great concern to me. I went back to the store three days later to discuss exchanging it for another one. They would not even consider it. Mattress sales are final. Period. No room for discussion. I explained that this was not mentioned during the sale but that had no effect on their decision. The manager was rude and abrupt.
