Jones Deck & Fence

This is the second time we used Keith to build a fence. He came within a couple of days to look at the site, gave a quote the next day and then started the job whilst we were on vacation. Keith worked hard in freezing temperatures to get the work done and he did an excellent job. He even told us to call him if any of the slats warped, so he could come and replace them. This is a service you would not receive from any other contractor. Keith is reliable, friendly, very hard working and his service is very reasonably priced.

Keith arrived on time whenever promised, informed us in advance when he would not be able to work due to weather. Completed deck within the timeframe indicated at time of quote. He also came to check a few weeks later to check if everything was as it should be. Very courteous, friendly, polite and accurate service.

I began talking to Keith before we moved to the area. He came out and gave me an estimate before we were there. He faxed me drawings and talked with me via phone to make arrangements. He drew new plans to adjust for our wants. Keith worked with a roofer to add a screened porch to our deck. It was a complicated task but he found someone who could do the job. He came to do the work when he said he would and made sure the roofer was set for the day after he was done so we didn't have a half finished deck. It was nice to work with someone who takes pride in his work and stands by it. A+ Keith!
