Picked up specialized cat food for cats. |I had started using this veterinary service after the "vet" I was using kept sending me to Shenandoah to get some of the antibiotic shots my two cats needed. I have been impressed by the lack of animal odor and the efficiency of the reception staff. I have consulted with the doctors on several occasions. One of my cats is very unpleasant to treat. The staff has been very kind about her bad behavior and have treated her anyway. I like not having to make appointments for nail trims and routine injections that have been pre-approved. It is further away for me but I will continue going to Shenandoah Veterinary Hospital.

It has always been a positive experience. I have used them twice. The place is very clean. The staff is very friendly. They will even wash my dog before I pick my dog up and take it home. They have an option to either use their food or bring own dog's food. I just use theirs. It is a very easy place to get to me. The people are friendly and I know they care about the animals.

I love my vet! I have gone there for 15 years and its always the same five veterinarians working there. They are extremely professional and they answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. They are caring and loving and their prices are great too.
