Robert was very prompt in responding and setting up a time to take the tests. During the phone call, the visit and while explaining the findings in his report, he took the time to make sure that my questions were answered and that I understood all aspects of the situation. Very professional!!

Robert really likes his job even when it involved crawling in our 3.5ft high crawl space to swab the mold on our floor joists. He brought the only joy to this otherwise difficult job of mold identification. The Remediation Companies do not do this. But we needed to know exactly what type of mold we had. We got the report from EMSL in 3 days plus a written description of 6 types we had which luckily were common and not deadly. Robert is a true professional who does the job right.

Robert is amazing. He was very prompt, responding quickly to our inquiry. He scheduled to come to our home in a very timely manner and was knowledgeable. Robert came to our house to identify a new moldy smell. There was no single source. He did find multiple smaller culprits. He did give us good advise on how to remove the mold (clean with Hydrogen Peroxide) and what might help prevent a re-infestation. Very helpful, personable and informative. I would recommend him when there are any questions about mold type issues that you have any questions about. Cost for inspection was reasonable. He did not push more testing services that he can perform. Gave good advice as to when air testing is advisable.

We had Robert come out and look at our mold issue in our basement, and he tested the air upstairs. He was so openly honest with us, and the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was awesome!!

Mr. Robert was very educated and hands on with every detail on collecting samples to test for mold. He only inspects which was key.
