He did a thorough assessment of the apartment and was courteous and very informative during the process. He was able to prepare a very detailed and professional report, which I presented to the judge overseeing a court proceeding I had initiated, after the property management would not make the proper repairs. The case ruling went in my favor by the judge terminating my lease agreement. I highly recommend his services to anyone undergoing similar circumstances.
