It was frustrating that he could not find the problem initially and kept plugging away at it until he did find it. At first he worked on the outside heat pump and practically replaced the whole thing. Then he spent time on the central furnace inside. After he cleaned the coils and de-iced the unit, it has been working like a charm.
There is a bit of frustration when trying to contact him to get him to return a call but once I found out WHEN to call him, there was no problem. He is a one man show so has his hands full and is honest enough not to b/s anyone.
