Alford Foundation and Crawl Space Repair provides reliable and superior waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling services. We are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction with our patented products that can't be bought anywhere else! We have been in business since 1963 and are a 3rd generation family-owned business covering West Virginia and part of Ohio and Kentucky. Chris Alford, Co-Owner, is a third-generation business owner who grew up in and around the Alford Foundation and Crawl Space Repair business. Chris is deeply involved in the business to ensure the legacy of his family business which continues to grow. Chris worked his way through the ranks of the company from technician to sales to management and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the entire company. Larry Janesky, Co-Owner partnered with Chris in 2022, and has been the authority in the basement, crawl space and foundation industries since 1987.

Concrete Foundation Repair
Alford's was very easy to work with. They always showed up when they said, they worked quickly and quietly...as in I hardly heard any conversation as they worked. Plus they cleaned up so you wouldn't know they had been working for 2 days. Definitely would hire again!

Hired for pest inspection and installation of a termite monitoring and bait system when purchasing a new home.. They had the best price in the area and were very accommodating on scheduling the inspection and the treatment.

Jason did the consultation and was great. He is the reason why we chose Alford Home Solutions They are very efficient, proficient, and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what they were doing and I was able to take pictures and text them to my children. Robby and Kenny did a fantastic job.

First time laying a trench to correct water problems - complete failure - leaked as usual on top of leaving poorly finished concrete. Dug up partial trench (making dust again) Didn't correct the leaking. Returned and dug up another area. Each trip left a dusty mess for us to cleanup. When I complained about the poor finishing job on concrete, I was told" We're not concrete finishers!"

the product that we bought for our basement from alford and that they are installing is a new product. there product has some flaws, for example they do not have end caps for door ways. also the smell of the glue they use for interior wall board installation has overran our house and we have a 90 year old grandmother that cannot stand the smell and it gives us headaches, they said it would take about 24 hrs to get rid of the smell (which is very strong).

I contacted this company a few weeks ago because I was interested in a quote for a Sun room. Right away when I called and spoke with Customer Service a very nice young man I think his name was Jimmy or Jamie not really sure. He took my information and scheduled me for a free estimate. He was so nice, pleasant and very polite. He took the time and spoke with me about what I was looking for. I hope that with a customer service associate that was so friendly and spoke to me like I was his grandmother I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. That says a lot about the people that work for Alford they are caring and take to talk to an older lady like me. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Alford.

Told me job would be completed in no more than 2 weeks and job took almost 2 months. Had to keep calling to have things completed that were left incomplete. Workers would not show up until 10am and then leave at 3pm and also took a lunch. Workers used my daughter's bed as a ladder leaving dirty boot prints all over it even after us asking if we needed to move it. Terrible experience

I underestimated the amount of clean-up need after they picked up, could have been reduced if they would have used exhaust fan on one of the widows to exhaust the dust.

They came when they said they would. Seemed to do a good job; will know when it next comes a good rain! They did everything in the agreement; sent out two inspectors at the end of the job.

They did the work but left sloppy job. Soil was covered without preparing it before they put plastic barrier over it. Three hours they were on the location with two men and charged me $3000. The cost should not have been more than $1800. I trusted them look professional not the end work!

Great crew best of best to install sunroom. Problem when panels came in measured right , but entered wrong at office. Bummer, all panels had to be cut, experts to install and cut panels to fit exact.
