Lack of transparency on the cost of the service. Baiting about free estimates but did not disclose on the diagnostic fee. Upon arrival, electrician gives a diagnostic fee cost upfront. The problem was given before the appointment but failed to disclose the cost. Their diagnostic cost is more pricey compared to bigger cities like Miami and St Louis Mo.

Great customer service! Good on time management. They worked around us and still finished early! What we loved was that Mr. Electric saved us money and made our house safer! Rewiring outlets, installing an outdoor pole light or fixtures... They can do it all!

They provided a very graphic estimate, with pictures, and drawings. The estimate had a full detail of products needed, and labor. They were absolutely great. They wired 5 outlets, two light switches, a lighted celing fan, and another lighting fixture. Job well done. All was complete in 1 full day. I was amazed at their skill and hard work. They were super quiet completing the job, and even cleaned up their mess. 5 stars. I also have a full 1 year warranty. We are so happy to have working electric. Thank you so much Ryan and Jake.

This company is awesome! Would highly recommend! Found them by doing a google search and read the reviews. The positive reviews were spot on. Very professional, friendly and helpful from the get go. Answering the call, information provided, scheduling the appointment for an estimate, etc. When the service techs came to review and give an estimate on the work I wanted done, they provided the estimate, and upon acceptance of the estimate, they actually changed their schedule around a little, went and got the materials needed and did all the work on the same day. Truly went beyond what I would have expected. Will definitely use their services again!
