Description of Work: Fairview furnace removed my old furnace and installed a new Lenox High Efficiency gas fired, hot air furnace on December 10, 2014. The product, pricing, and service were excellent. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase and highly recommend Ben Haught and Fairview Furnace.

Description of Work: First, they removed and hauled away my old furnace. Then, they installed a brand new Lennox high efficiency furnace. They were very professional and skilled craftsmen. The metal work looked like a piece artwork when they were finished. I would recommend Fairview Furnace to anyone needing this kind of work done.

 + -1 moreIt all seemed professional and reasonable until I went to actually have the work done. I was trying to coordinate with another party, so the unresponsiveness was very inconvenient. Now I must look for yet another company.
Description of Work: Provider came out to give me an estimate on replacing some duct / flue that was covered in asbestos. We discussed the importance of scheduling the service the day after the asbestos guy came, so there would be a minimum of downtime. After that, I received a reasonable estimate through email. When the time came to schedule the work, the provider did not respond to two emails and one phone message.

Description of Work: I was in the hospital having just had a heart attack. My furnace quit working. My wife contacted them and they were at our home promptly and made the repairs. Since our furnace is getting old we thought it might not be salvageable, but the owner told my wife lets see if we can repair it and then if that doesn't work we will install a new one. He gave her a quote on a new Lennox furnace and told her he would have one in stock especially for us if we needed it. He said he didn't think we would need a new one but if this one malfunctioned, he would be here pronto to install a new one and would have it up and running in approximately 4 hours. Since our present Lennox furnace is 28 years old, he could have easily told my wife we needed a new one. Instead, he was honest in our hour of need. we have the utmost respect for this individual.
