They always call and are friendly & courteous when they come. The gentleman makes sure that our fence is closed when he leaves to prevent our dog from escaping.

I've been very pleased. Typically, Daniel comes around to treat and he's very nice. I don't mind him coming to my house and he's always polite & well mannered.

We have a lot of trouble with scheduling. They come out and don't give us notice. They'll call and say that they're at the house and we're not there. There's confusion between the field guys and the office. I'm not convinced that they're doing a careful inspection.

They’re doing a good job. We don’t have any other complaints. They’re doing what we need them to do. They call us two days before they come to let us now that they'll be there between a certain time and leave an invoice after they leave.

They do pretty well. They seem to live up to their guarantee. The fellow doing the inside work noticed termite activity in the garage, and they came right out to take care of the problem. Since they did that work, I've not seen any more termite activity.

They show up when they're supposed to and do what they say they'll do. Since I live and work here, scheduling is never an issue. Since it's an outside spray, it's not a problem if we're not home, either.

They do a pretty good job. Scheduling is very easy and convenient. If we have any problems, they show up very soon. They're reliable and they're safe. They send the same tech out each time, which is very important to me.

Since the initial application, I've not had any problems. At one point, however, they drilled holes in the concrete to insert the pesticide. Because of that, my back porch developed a crack; I asked them to fix it and they never did. Still, overall, I'm pleased with their service.

They're okay.They come out and kill whatever bugs we have at the moment. We recently had an infestation of caterpillars and they came out and got rid of the bugs.

They're efficient and polite and have kept a good watch for us. We've never had a problem with them - they've always come when they said they would. They send us a notice to let us know it's time for the inspection and we connect to set a date.

The push for inspection is the only thing I get upset about. However, I'm not displeased. They get up in the crawlspace and do other work. I think the last time there was a mixup in the office. Someone came without making an appointment & letting me know. When I call the office here in Huntington, they put me through to the office in Florida. I can't reach the local office.

It has worked out just fine. They come and go without me noticing; when I do see them, they've been polite. They also guarantee that if I do have anything show up in the house, they'll come take care if it immediately with no extra charge.

They've been excellent. They call the night before and let us know that they'll be treating the next day. I don't have much contact with them, but when I do have to talk to them, they're friendly and easy to deal with.

We are selling our house so need the termite inspections. They were very prompt and their pricing is probably a little less expensive. I will use them again in the future.

I give them a D rating and we probably wont use them again. My husband said the price was kind of high but I cant remember because its been so long. They quality was ok.
