I would not hire them. I give them a 0 rating. Did not do the job. I called another company. The other company use a bigger snake and unstopped the drain I feel like I just got taken for $450.00.

Everyone that has come out here to work have been excellently but Nick by far was above everyone else by comparison

I understand that I hired them to run the snake and camera down the toilet drain, However, they had taken the toilet off and the bottom of the toilet was blocked, the wax ring blocking so nothing could get through and I found this out after they had left and they told me it was an airlock in the vent on top of the house needed something poured down it to unclog it. I did reach out to them and they basically said I paid for the services that I hired them for.

A to Z quickly responded to my inquiry and repaired our issues within two hours of seeking professional assistance. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We were so impressed that we hired them again two weeks later after realizing that our tub wasnâ t draining correctly (initial issue was a pipe that required repair). Again, they sent a technician out immediately and had the issue fixed in under an hour!

I thought I was getting a paint ready finish. I DID NOT. I paid them top $ and still will need to hire a pro or finish it myself. Never showed before 9:30 and was gone before 4:30. Total of 21 or so hours worked. Plumbing and renovation I do not think the renovation part is a reality at least not drywall finishing. Never hire a plumber to do drywall. If you use Angi do not deal directly with the contractor with payment. Use the APP To pay.

They came quickly and I have called them again to come and do more repairs which they have come to do quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I have 3 grandkids staying with me an the main sewer line got clogged. They tried to reach it with snake but couldnâ  t get to it. Had tech call the office an person in office said it would take a day or 2. However when I explained I had kids 12 ,10, an 4 they worked schedule their schedule around sn showed up 900 am the next morning. By 230 I could flush toilets an everything worked great. They bent over backwards for me an I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USINT THUS COMPANY. Any plumbing needs I have from now on will be done by A to Z plumbing

it was satisfactory

We have a fifth wheel. The septic was blocked. They came out the same day and rotor rooted it without success. Told us the valve was not open from the black tank to the sewer line. They determined this after charging an addl 150 after the initial 350 for a camera sent in We had to cut into the floor or the rv to reach the valve only to find out it was not blocked. Now they will not come back out and do the job we paid for. To say we are unhappy is an extreme understatement
