Hair Cuttery

I have gone to Lisa for 3 years. She cuts and colors my hair. She is friendly and always takes her time to get my hair exactly how I like it. She is excellent, and I would highly recommend her!

I went two or three times to a gentleman that works there I cannot remember his name but he did not take the time or care that I observed that he does with his other customers. I feel he judged me for being over weight and in my 50's If I wld have been younger and more attractive I feel he would have done a better job.

They have a lot of people that are relatively new and they also have a stylist. It's a lively moody place. Their quality of work is fine. I liked the service that they provided me. They listen to their customers. Overall they provided me an excellent service.

I have always cut my son's hair myself but decided to try taking him to a salon for the first time. I tried to make an appointment but wasn't allowed to because we had never been here before. When we walked in I wasn't given the option of waiting for an actual hairdresser, instead it was the receptionist who took care of us. She worked very fast and kept shoving a blow dryer in my son's face to get stray hairs off even through it was very obviously upsetting him. Finally at my request she brought me a towel to use instead. When she was done his hair looked worse than when we came in but in order to minimize stress on my son I decided I would just try to fix it myself at home.
This woman should not be cutting children's hair. My son is now so traumatized that he screams uncontrollably anytime someone tries to cut his hair which he never did before . I deeply regret ever bringing my son here.

Lisa did a great job! My hair looked great, and I am going back today for a trim. My color has lasted beyond my expectations. I am a bit picky, and she listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I highly recommend her!

We see Nicki because all the other women in there seem snooty. We have only seen Nicki and nobody else in there. Nicki is wonderful! When I first went there, Nicki gave me a card with her working hours. I look at her card to see what days and hours she is working and then call to schedule an appointment that day. I call in the morning and I get in that evening. She knows who we are and if she is running behind she will tell me as soon as I walk in the door. They will have a week with discounted hair cuts the week before school starts.

The service was wonderful. Nothing stands out about them though. Don't go on a Saturday or Sunday. It's a long wait. I don't know if you can make appointments.

They do a great job! We haven't had any bad experiences. The folks that work there are very friendly. I use to cut hair, and I know what a good cut is. I usually see JoeAnn because her style is similar to the way I used to cut hair. They are generally on time, and I very happy with the services they provide.

My hairdresser's name was Sinan Genc and though he doesn't take appointments, he is worth every penny. He took in everything I had requested and made it happen and I don't think I've ever had a better haircut or experience having my hair cut. He was very polite and made me feel important, which means a lot after a really rough day. I'd come back for every haircut I ever need.

It's a chain.  I go there every six to eight weeks.  They are always appropriate and professional.  When we go there they always greet us.  Once we become a regular we are like family.  It's a hassle to go out there, but my mom and I go there to have our hair done because we have always had good haircuts.  If it's not done right we can go back and get it fixed for free.  Lisa is the manager and one of the master hairstylists.  She is pleasant.  I'm disabled and I'm not able to get out there.  So she would look for someone or recommend me to someone out in another store or get feedback from another store that’s local.  They go the extra mile for us.  Sometimes I also buy products from them.  They don’t push their products even though that is what really makes them money.
