He arrived when scheduled with a helper and went right to work as soon as he informed us he was starting.
He did the climbing and his helper worked with him on the groud as needed. When he wasn't needed to help Andy in the trees, his helper helped my family cleam up the brush and load onto our trailer, even though I had agreed that my family was take responsibility to clean up brush.
We were very pleased with his service and professionalism.
They called day befor work was orginally scheduled to tell me his Boom Truck brokedown and it was in the shop. He would call when he had confirmation on when his truck would be fixed. A few days latter he called to say that his truck had major problems with getting parts etc. and wasn't sure when they would get it working for him. Then continued that he had made arrangement with another tree service to use their Boom Truck so he could do our tree job as he promised right away.
They did a very good job cleaning up the yard around the trees involved, even to raking up the major accumulation leaves in the yard.
He was always very open and honest about everything involved with this job, even though he was having major problems with his equipment. He never wanted simpathy for his problems. He even, went beyound our expectaions. I had agreed, my family would pick up all the branches and clean up the yard, when he bid the job.
I had had unepected surgery and wasn't able to lift more then 10 pounds when he arrived for the job. Since I was the only "heavy lifter" amoung our family so he agreed for a small stiffen to do the clean-up. I beleive the normal clean-up charge would have been more then what I paid.
We were very pleased with him and his Tree Service.
