Hoppe Tree Service

I was very pleased with Hoppe from the very beginning. August came by to give us an estimate and it was a very simple, no hassle process. After receiving a couple of other estimates, I called Hoppe to schedule the work. They were able to come out within 3 weeks. The team completed the entire job over 2 days (due to rain) and other than the great looking trees, we couldn't even tell that they had been here.

We have used them in the past and are always extremely satisfied with their work. They are always very professional and pleasant to work with. They are all certified arborists and they charge a fair price. We plan to use them again next month for more work.

They came when they said they would and did an excellent job of clean up. Their price was good and I was very pleased with their service.

Went well. We then ordered firewood from them for last winter. It burned very well.

I emailed Hoppe's to see if they worked in our area. The owner called me the next day and we set up an appointment for him to look at our property. He was very thorough and explained what he thought needed to be done to our trees. He pointed out the fact that some of our trees were suffering from a couple different types of tree fungus which could be treated by them as well. He gave me an estimate before he left. Very nice young man and very professional. He followed up with a phone call a couple day later. We decided to go ahead with the project and his crew arrived on site on 8/4/09. Every single one of them were very kind, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. Originally, we were just going to have our trees pruned, but decided to have our shrubs done as well. Our place has never looked better and they cleaned up every speck of debris and hauled it away. Outstanding service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality tree and shrub service!!!!!

I requested an estimate via the internet, received an email promptly the next morning, and the looked at the tree the next day. Fearing the worst, I was ecstatic to receive their guidance that our tree had a common fungus this year and was easily treated. Major expense averted! They also suggested other trees that needed to be trimmed and treated. My only complaint was that we agreed they would trim two other trees on our property. But, then I didn't hear from them for weeks - and upon sending a second email I didn't receive a response. But the next day our trees were trimmed. I think there must have been a miscommunication issue - and in the end it turned out great. I would recommend them and will use them again this fall to treat a birch issue.

They did the job that I needed them to do and I liked their price. I didn't have any problems with them.

They came out and looked over the property and made recommendations on which trees needed to be fed or pruned this year. They did the work promptly. They do this for us annually. They send out a nice newsletter, too, with information on tree care.

They did work for me last year i had an old spruce tree that was dead and i needed something to take its place. So they planted 3 french lilacs brushes to take the trees place everything went well.

They have very capable personnel and clean up well, and the tree looks nice. They are professional, responsive and punctual.

After contacting Hoppee Tree Service via phone, and estimate was generated within a few days. After accepting the estimate, I then received a phone the Friday of the week before they performed the work. Due to another cancellation they performed the work a day early. They also did an excellent job at cleaning up the work area afterward.

They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. They were personable, wonderful and I was pleased with them. They gave me the estimate right away and told me approximately when they would come out and I had no problem at all. Their prices were reasonable.

I have used them three times and all the experiences were very good. They are very responsive and they call me back right away. They cleaned up everything and let me know what was going on. They had to order the bushes, but they let me know when they were in.

They were reasonable. They did it in a timely manner. They were very knowedgeable. They cracked the sidewalk and didn't fight about it. They just covered the cost. It took a whole day to take the tree out.

It went great, as it always does with Hoppe. They called us the day before to let us know they'd be there, arrived early in the morning, got to work, and had the job done well before noon. The backyard is nice and open, with way more sunlight on it, and we have room to open up another plot for our garden. They cleaned up all the debris and carted it away.

Hoppe Tree Service cut down a giant maple tree in my yard as well as a flowering crab tree. It took them about three hours. They were very timely. They were extremely safe with the removal. They watched for the power lines. They were very careful of the yard and did an excellent clean up. They were out to give an estimate about three days after I first called and they were out to do the removal about two weeks later. They were great to work with.

The owner came out and did the initial estimate. Our trees are so large they overlap into other lots so they asked our neighbors if they wanted them trimmed as well. They ended up trimming the entire lot. They were in and out in maybe five hours. They cleaned everything up as well.

Augie came out when he said he would to give an estimate. We agreed that he could come if I wasn't home, but he would call first. It ended up he could come about a week earlier than he first thought. He and some of his other workers were there. It was a pleasure watching how they worked. Augie was quite high in the tree and made it look elegant. I had a HUGE pile of brush from my own yard work the prior weekend and for a little extra they cleaned that up for me as well. The whole transaction was great. This is a nice family business.

This all started a few days after a wimndstorm when my big o'l (and beloved ) willow tree did what willows do and lost a large main branch. It was way too much for me and my 18" chainsaw to tackle. also the location of this tree can take out service drops for power and phone for me, Other neighbors. I shopped 3 tree services for removal of said limb and additionally how to make that old willow as neighbor freindly as possble. I also wanted service for the other trees on yard. All had good ideas on how to tackle the willow and about the same input for the rest of my trees. Of the three Hoppe Tree service was the best quote for the service. they balanced the cost of the services against what was necessary to achieve what I wanted done. The entire expierience was professional. There was only one rub during the process that took place over severl months Some of the work occured after winter (their advise as to the best time to do it). They left a message that they would like to do the work on a certain week and asked me to call back. This service was performed without my contacting them back. the service performed was in the contract we agreed to, but it seemed that it would have been best to formally connect with me to be sure we still wanted the work and possibly any add-ons. In the end Hoppe did what they said they would so. They performed the work in the time frame they said they would. And their fees were competitive with other profesional tree services.

The experience was a s good as it gets. My phone call was returned promptly, they delivered when they said they would within a few days. They quoted me an extra fee on the spot to carry and stack the wood behind the house.

They did an excellent job. They were very safety-oriented; none of them did anything that was risky. If they promised to be out on a certain day, then they will be out on that day. They did the work in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up.

We had used them in the past, so we went back to them again. They were very quick and very polite. Though they are tree service personnel, they even went and did my garage and gutters.

They are excellent and they show up when they say they are going to show up. Their pricing, I think, is very reasonable and they are very good at returning phone calls.
