Description of Work: They came out to rework some settling in our brick patio. Took up a large section of brick, regraded, and relaid the brick. Everything went soothly and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Spann-Manning Landscaping replaced a timber retaining wall and Streetprint walkway with a stone retaining wall and brick walkway. The project looks great. There were no add on costs, and no payment was due until the job was completed.

Description of Work: They put in a small paving stone patio at the back of our house. The work was done well and quickly (as we learned it was more complex than it looked). The price was very reasonable even for the additional square footage not included in the deal. | |Would have liked to have a more specific idea of the time/date they were going to do the work, but in the end it was completed quickly and in the General time frame they gave us. | |I would recommend them and I would use them again!

Description of Work: Very happy with our new walkway. Purchased the Angie's deal, used a different paver and also extended the walkway to align with the driveway. Project cost more than the purchased deal because of the changes we wanted.

Description of Work: I was pretty disappointed in this deal. I had hoped to get my front steps area landscaped for summer, so I bought the big deal. The provider had good reviews. But when I contacted them to set it up, they (politely) told me that they were too busy and would not be able to do the work until August, which was unacceptable to me. They then suggested I ask for a refund, apologized, and said they should not have listed the Big Deal in the first place.

Description of Work: NO services performed. Called company for estimate on retaining wall and I was asked where I lived. The person then proceeded to tell me that he would do a drive by of the property the following week and get back to me. I never heard anything from him or the company.

Description of Work: We had water coming into basement due to old patio slanting towards house. They removed old patio, graded all around problem area's and built up and put in new window wells. Also put in new patio with Holland Stone Pavers. We were very pleased. Everything looks beautiful and we haven't had a water problem since. They were very reliable, polite and fun to work with. Answered all my questions and finished up in a day.

Description of Work: The contractor put in a stone patio in our backyard. The contractor helped us find the stone and design we wanted, then completed the project quickly with excellent quality. We are very satisfied with the project overall, and would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: I called early in the morning to request pricing on a service, delivering topsoil, and left a message. They got back to me later that day letting me know they don't deliver topsoil and recommended another company. I was appreciative that he took the time to get back to me and to recommend someone else. I would certainly consider them for future work - they were responsive, prompt and professional.
