At a very competitive price, Chris provided us with 13 new windows that we are very happy with. They operate smoothly, have nice locking and tilting features, and keep out noise. He was able to provide windows with internal sashes to match our existing original windows, at only a small additional cost, and they look great. His carpenter also inexpensively corrected a sloping problem with two window frames, due to our old porch having sunk, and those windows also work great. If we ever replace more windows, we will use Jordan Exteriors again.

Very responsive. Comparable windows with another company were $14,000! Jordan has a set price for his windows, which was very much appreciated (I hated dickering with the other companies who usually started with a price of $22,000). The installers were very professional and hard working. Also very clean. It would have been a bonus if they had washed the windows at the end, but that really would have been something special. No complaints! Excellent service! Very fast response times with questions and such.

If only all home improvements went as smoothly and satisfactiorily as this one did! After we contacted Chris for an estimate to replace several 50 + year old windows, he arrived promptly with samples which he left for us to examine at our leasure. He was patiient and thorough in answering our questions and over the span of several weeks he continued to respond to our emails and gave us the addresses of other nearby installlations for us to check out. In contrast to the 3 other compnies we contacted, at no time did Chris pressure us to make a decision. It was refreshing to deal with the owner of the company rather than a salesman. In the final analysis, his quote was substantialy less than the others and was a major factor in our decision.. Once we accepted Chris's bid, our windows arrived in several weeks. The installers, Dan and Lester, arrived on time and were suberb! They were polite and exceptionly meticulous in their workmanshiip and attention to detail. There was a minor glitch when the factory made a mistake in one of the windows which requiried a second visit to install a replacement window. Dan did some extra caulking around several windows which not replaced and even used some extra caulk in our entryway. We are complely happy with our new windows and are already planing to use Jordan Xteriors for future projects.

They were delayed one day due to another job taking longer than expected but that wasn't a big deal to me. It got done in one morning and it was installed properly and they cleaned up after themselves.

Chris was very prompt on getting me an estimate, and he had the work crew out to do the garage in less than 2 weeks. The crew was very courteous and professional, and the garage looks great! I would definitely call them in the future if I need further work.

The final cost came in exactly as proposed. Chris responds very rapidly and thoroughly to every question. They were able to do the work sooner than predicted and it was completed faster than I expected. The windows and siding look great! Not only did Chris rapidly respond to every question or concern, but he also went above and beyond. We discovered a problem with the drainage in one of the gutters during the course of the work. Chris got his "gutter guy" to come over and fix it. They installed new gutter segments and a connecting pipe along a short stretch of the house, at no extra cost, when we hadn't even hired them to do gutters! Chris and all the guys who did the work were friendly, respectful and easy-going. It was a pleasure to work with them. From first contact to conclusion of the project, we found this company to be wonderful to work with. Their prompt and responsive replies answered all our questions and kept the job moving along. Customer service was paramount with them. In addition, they used quality materials and people, insuring satisfaction. They kept a clean and professional work site. We would not hesitate to heartily recommend them. We were very pleased.

This is my third time working with Jordan Exteriors and I am again very pleased! Awesome customer service, installers and product are top notch.

JR and Dan did a phenomenal job with the install. The old windows were removed intact and with great care, which reduced the chance for broken glass in our yard. When the new window was placed in the hole, they installed new wood on the sill and spray foamed insulation all around the new window. Then each window was wrapped outside with aluminum that matched the color of our new soffits and our new windows. Then each window was caulked on the outside with a high quality product that matched the color of the window and soffits. Inside, the windows were caulked with the same quality product. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up when they were done. They were very respectful and we really appreciated their hard work. Our neighbors even commented how hard they worked. Chris Jordan was great to work with, even during those times when we kept changing our minds for trim, color, and style of window! Awesome experience for us all around!

It went very well. Chris was very easy to work with. He was responsive to emails and phone calls and we were able to schedule the work fairly quickly. The actual installation team (2 Amish workers) were very polite, neat and clearly qualified. They were able to answer questions we had while they were installing the windows, which was helpful. My two negatives were that the caulking they used to seal the windows was VERY noxious smelling. We were told it was the best one they knew for the job, but we had to sleep in the living room for two nights because the fumes were so bad in the bedrooms. The second is that I didn't realize there was no screen behind the top window, so while the top window can pull down, there is no screen to keep out the insects. In Madison, that only works for about 2 days of the year and even then, we have cats, so I'm not comfortable without screens. I wish I had known that or been able to modify the window as there are times, that having the top window down is an advantage. Otherwise, they have been in for 6 months now and they are very easy to clean. It was also nice to be able to open a window in the early spring when we wouldn't have been ready to change out the old storms for screens. We haven't noticed any changes in our heating bills, but we had a mild winter (but lingering cool weather). We'll see if that improves next winter.

Chris has been great. A no pressure sales approach while giving us helpful tips or suggestions along the way. We received quotes from a few different companies and Chris definitely had a much better price. Chris and the installer came out together to make sure the measurements were correct. Both were very personable and easy to talk with about any questions we had. Overall, compared to our Champion experience we had a few years ago, this event went far better not only for price, but for their professionalism, and just being some great guys to work with.

Chris Jordan and his company was excellent in every way. They installed all of the windows in our kitchen/dinig area and in two bedrooms. He was punctual and thorough with the estimate. He responded quickly with the estimate, and communicated in a timely fashion about questions and scheduling. The pricing was the best for the quality, and we had received estimates from two other companies. Installers were very professional and the quality of the windows good. They look beautiful! I will definitely purchase from them the rest of the windows in my home as well as my two sliding glass doors when I am ready to replace those. I am pleased to recommend them to others.

First class. They did a wonderful job

Very positive experience from initial contact until after final installation. Calls and emails returned promptly. No long sales presentation which I preferred. All questions were answered, and the price, after 3 other estimates were gotten, were by far the best. Installers were polite, friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely happy with our new triple pane windows! They operate easily, block the outside noise and we are looking forward to more efficient heating and cooling. We will be working with them in the future to replace our garage windows when budget allows.

Absolutely no complaints! Period!

I contacted Chris Jordan through the Jordan Exteriors website. He contacted me by e-mail (my preferred contact method) within a day or two to set up an appointment. We set up a time to meet a couple of days later in the late afternoon. Chris arrived at the house on time. He greeted us. We went into the house. He told us a little about himself and his crew and proceeded to take rough measurements of the windows. He gave us some literature and told us a little about the features of his product. He asked us if we wanted to see a sample window. We did, so he showed us some of the features. He answered a few questions that we had and he was on his way. The appointment lasted maybe 30-45 minutes. But, please understand, the appointment lasted as long as we needed it to last. If we'd had more questions, and it needed to take an hour, or two, or more, Chris would have stayed until we were satisfied. He wrote up a quote on his own time and e-mailed it to us later that evening. I stress these points because Chris was respectful of our time. The other companies that gave us quotes sent out sales reps that spent excessive amounts of time over-selling their companies and telling us why their product was so much better than everyone else's. (Which it wasn't.) Our other appointments took well over an hour, and one lasted more than 2 hours. And then to cap it off, we had to sit there while these guys wrote up a quote and tried to pressure us to sign a contract right then and there. I e-mailed Chris a number of times while we were still interviewing other companies. Of course I had a number of questions that I didn't think to ask when he was there for his appointment. He always responded the same day, often within an hour or two. Chris originally quoted us the double pane glass, but we decided on the triple pane. He didn't try to sell us on it. We just decided that was the direction we wanted to go, and the price was only about 10% more. He got us a new quote right away. Ultimately, we chose to hire Jordan Exteriors. We contacted Chris to let him know he got the job and we set up an appointment a couple of days later to do final measurements. Again, he showed up on time. His partner JR, who was actually doing the install, was with him. This was a small but important detail because it allowed them to show up to do the work with all the necessary tools and materials. They took measurements. We both signed the quote. I wrote him a check for 50% of the total. He told me it would be about 3 weeks for the windows to come in, which was actually less time than the other companies were telling me. The windows showed up almost exactly 3 weeks later. Chris was ready to install them right after they came in. We actually needed him to wait an extra week before we were ready, and he was happy to accommodate. On the first day of the install, JR and Dan showed up about 7:15am and got started. Chris showed up a little later just to make sure everything was going ok. They installed the bow and 5 of the sliders on day one. All of them were completely installed start to finish, so when they left every window they had installed was 100% complete including the cladding and caulk. They cleaned up everything, inside and out, before they left for the day. They even picked up all of the little slivers of aluminum from when they were trimming the cladding to size. JR and Dan showed up the second day about the same time. They finished installing the other 4 sliders and were cleaned up by about 10:30am. Chris showed up as they were cleaning up to make sure we were happy with the work, which we were. All in all this was a positive experience. It's nice to have someone who is professional and courteous doing work for you. A couple of miscellaneous things. They were the lowest bid of the all the companies. Their triple pane was lower priced than other companies' double pane. They were very responsive and always punctual. They were extremely polite. They took off their shoes anytime they were working in the house, and they always asked permission before doing anything. They always made sure we were happy with the service each step of the way. I have a few more windows that I will likely replace next year, and I will definitely hire them to those as well.

Excellent service overall. The price was VERY competitive, for QUALITY windows. The initial estimate was hasstle free and took less than 30 minutes, with NONE of the sales pitch. The installation crew was professional and very efficient. Windows look and work great, and I have already noticed the energy savings. I did get more than 10 quotes from different providers in the area, and desided to go with Jordan. For anyone seriously considering replacement windows, please do yourself a favor and and be sure to call Jordan exteriors for a quote before making your final decision.

We had them come in to give a competitive quote, and they came in far lower than any of the other quotes that we had received. At that time, one of their craftsmen came in to do an extra measurement on our windows to ensure that they would order the correct size. They were special ordered, and came in about 3 weeks later to complete the installation. They completed the installation within one day, and the room has been significantly more snug ever since.

We called Jordan Exteriors/Chris and he was at our home the next day assessing our windows. After we elected to proceed with our windows, we called Chris and he came right back again within a few days, along with JR, to get measurements and I had a quote in my email within a few hours. We discussed the window options, our budget and what we wanted to have accomplished, then we notified Chris on a Friday evening. He emailed us right away to inform us the windows would be ordered on the following Monday. The windows then arrived a few weeks later and Chris promptly scheduled a day to install them. We hesitated because we felt like it would be a huge project - taking our window treatments down and then putting them back up, etc., but Chris assured us they would assist with this - - they absolutely did! Also, he said they would be installed within that day and they were. It was as simple as I just stated!

I originally contacted Jordan Exteriors due to their favorable Angie's list reviews, which are well warranted. I filled out the online request for a bid form on a late Friday afternoon, and Chris was in contact with me very promptly that evening, and we arranged for him to come over the following morning to take measurements and view the scope of the work. Chris soon got back to us with quotes at competitive prices, offering a products that checked out well in my online research. At our request, he arranged contact with one of his previous customers so we could see his work in their home, and discuss the experience with them. As my wife and I discussed what kind of windows we wanted in this space, we altered our focus from vinyl to wood interior windows, which Chris patiently provided us more quotes for- in all, we had him quote 5 different options, and he never once made us feel like we were being a hassle to him. Because the 2 rooms of this addition had been built with some of the thinnest windows any of the 4 contractors we had bid the project had seen, the window insets and jambs required modification to accommodate any quality replacements. This is where the workmanship of the installers JR and Dan shined through. While the old windows were thin, the walls are thick, putting each window into a deep pocket, but requiring the drywall to be cut back to hold a window of normal depth. To make it all attractive, the installers built a wood overlay for the sides of each window "pocket", and an expertly miter cut a frame around each window opening. The end result is an upgrade from cheap white vinyl windows to quality wood windows, with professionally made frames around each. They look very good now, and once we complete the staining they'll look great. Along the way, JR (head installer) asked my wife or I what we thought of the work multiple times, and for any feedback we had. The one time I noticed a board cut looked a little short, I pointed it out to JR, and he re-cut it without any disagreement. 2 of our windows face out to a screened porch, and when installed, it became apparent that the exterior wall facing the porch was slightly bowed (to my surprise) as while all elements of the install were true relative to the interior wall (we measured them together!), the windows and exterior wall were not parallel. To help address this, JR cut a frame of quarter-round with the slight angle needed to keep the front of the trim in line with the wall, and stay true to the window edge, perfectly masking the imperfection in the wall. When something unexpected came up, the crew went above and beyond expectations, working with me to provide an excellent solution. When the install was done, the cleanup was thorough and complete, -they left no trace of debris. As I was away on the 2nd day of the job, Chris contacted me that evening, seeking a time to come over, review the work, and get my feedback on their work and the experience of doing business with them. Chris was wonderful to work with, and I feel we received quality workmanship at a very fair price. When the budget and necessity come together to replace the next room of windows in our house, I will be turning to Jordan Exteriors for the work.

I previously gave a poor review to Jordan Exteriors due to not receiving an estimate in a timely manner. I enjoyed meeting and talking with Chris during the estimate meeting. Even though Chris and I had communicated by email and by phone prior to the estimate appointment, it was determined the estimate itself was emailed to an incorrect email address. The estimate has since been received by letter.

I had Jordan Exteriors install all the windows in my house are few weeks ago and was very happy with the results, so I had them come back and put in a new sliding patio door. Once again they did an amazing job. They showed up on time and had the door installed in only a few hours. The door works like a dream and is a night and day difference from the old heavy hard to open one I had before. I would highly recommend them to anyone, excellent professional service and products at a great price
