I appreciated that I was notified ahead of the appointment that the service person was going to be a little late. Service person put covers on shoes when entering the house and cleaned up after himself. He was friendly and offered to install a check valve to keep the pumped water from surging back into the drain. Work was neat and the sump pump worked well and was noticeably quieter than the old one.

They were very nice right away on the phone, which is a big deal to me, if your somewhat rude to me i dont care if your the cheapest i will not work with you. They were the best priced. This service was done at one of my rental properties and he called me when he was done and explained everything he did and the condition of the boilers. I was very happy with the service.

Very unhappy with the experience I had with vincent plumbing. called vincent plumbing for an estimate on how much it would cost to just have someone come out to light the pilot light on my water heater. She said $49.00, but if something were wrong with the water heater and it needed repairs it would cost more. She never did give me a cost of what it would cost for repairs. He lit the pilot light and said it cost $160.00. I was shocked since that was all he did. He said he has costs too, his truck, gas to get here. I should have been told from the start that it would cost $160 even if there were no repairs, I would had found someone else.

"VPH was asked to come out to "Neighbor in Milwaukee" to investigate possible damage to water heater from sewage flood. A $49.00 trip charge was quoted. Plumber investigated possible damage, cleaned ignitor, lit pilot, and tested system. The price charged was fair and customary."

I was told there wasn't an hourly rate ($160) but there was to determine what my problem was and then a flat ($225) to fix change a shower valve. whole thing took about 45 minutes and cost $258

My A/C coils were freezing up. Technician thawed out the coils and decided the blower wasn't working correctly. Supposedly rewired. Charged me $229. Six hours later the coils were frozen again. Called another company and they put their gauges on and found it to be over 2 pounds low on refrigerant. This cost me $261 for the service and refrigerant and my a/c has worked perfectly since. The second competing technician was definitely more knowledgeable and he seemed to think I had paid $229 the day before for nothing.

"VPH was called out for a AC not functioning. Our technician was dispatched the same day. He diagnosed some bad wiring and repaired wiring to get the fan working. The A-coil was thawed out and the system tested o.k. He left with the system running good. We are very sorry that this consumer had additional problems and did not call us back out as we would not have charged him for that call and he could have saved another service charge."

We called Vincent Plumbing & Heating because we were having problems with our sump pump making a loud noise whenever it kicked in. We had previously hired another handyman, who did not know how to fix the problem. However, when Jeff from Vincent came to our house, he knew exactly how to solve the problem. He was friendly, quick, efficient, and clean. It was so nice to have our sump pump problem quickly solved by someone with so much knowledge and experience (Jeff has 30 years plumbing experience). We will call Vincent Plumbing & Heating for all of our future plumbing & heating concerns. I would highly recommend Vincent to all my friends.

I was able to negotiate a bit on price, which I liked and appreciated because other companies I contacted about the service were very rigid on price and refused to negotiate. I still felt I paid a lot for a pretty basic and fast service, but it was a necessary service, so I was satisfied in the end.
