They come fast, their staff is personable. If they need a part, they get it and come install it in a timely manner. They make referrals if the work is not something they do.

Provided more detailed first estimate than others, which made it easier to determine options/upgrade. Designer was very willing to discuss possibilities, changes, the cost, and design impact. She provided minimum one update per day on the work. Was easy to work with and she accommodated email, vmail, and phone. Kory, the project manager, was very accommodating and checked up as needed. We kept existing toilet and ceramic shower. Home is 20 yrs old, the old and new blend beautifully.

PROMPT & KNOWLEDGEABLE. FIXED IT QUICKLY & AT A GOOD FAIR PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER PLUMBERS. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND SHOWED UP ON TIME I TRUSTED THEM IN MY HOME & THEY WERE PLEASANT AND FAIRLY PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS BILLED AS A RESULT OF THEIR ERRORS AND LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM TO FOLLOW THE HOMEOWNERS INSTRUCTION. THE INCORRECT INSTALLATION OF ONE OF THE MAIN PIPES CAUSED LEAKS FROM THE ROOF AND CRACKS TO AN OUTER WALL. THE COMPANY DID NOT GIVE ANY INTEREST, PROFESSIONAL OR OTHERWISE, TO MY VERY VALID CONCERNS. MEMBER UPDATED: KORY KING APPARENTLY FORGOT THAT I SENT HIM A DETAILED LETTER OUTLINING THE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS (INCLUDING THE MAIN STACK PIPE ISSUE) WITH SIX PHOTOS CLEARLY INDICATING WHAT WAS RUSHED AND POOR QUALITY WORK. THE LETTER AND PHOTOS ADDRESSED TO KORY KING WERE HAND DELIVERED BY MYSELF TO HIS SECRETARY AT HIS OFFICE (1600 PARAMOUNT DRIVE IN WAUKESHA, WI) ON THE MONDAY EXACTLY THREE DAYS AFTER THE PLUMBERS FIRST VISIT WHICH WAS ON A FRIDAY.

Schoenwalder Plumbing was prompt, polite, and neat. Being without a washing machine for 3 weeks got rather long. Once I had my new machine, Schoenwalder Plumbing get here quickly to do my job.

I was very appreciative that they gave me a variety of price options over the phone. They also gave me some tips on how I might do the install myself (which I was, at first considering!) The plumber who came out, Vince, was clean, courteous, and professional. We were completely satisfied with the work that was done.

It was good. Fast, friendly service. There was a small leak when they were finished but they came right back the next day and fixed it. Very professional.

Plumber did a good job in replacing the pipes. I have one toilet in the house and the plumber was able to keep the toilet operational while the work was being done.

THE PROBLEM WAS WORSE AFTER THEY FINISHED THAN BEFOREHAND. I'M NOT A PLUMBER BUT I BELIEVE THEY TOOK A FEW SHORTCUTS WHICH WORSENED THE SITUATION. ALSO, I CALLED THEM LATE AT NIGHT WITH AN EMERGENCY SITUATION (WHEN I TRIED TO CHLORINATE THE TANK MYSELF AFTER THEIR EFFORT FAILED) AND THEY DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME UNTIL ABOUT MID-DAY THE NEXT DAY.

SCHOENWALDER DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND APPEARS TO HAVE VERY COMPETENT AND SKILLED CRAFTSMEN AS PARTNERS (E.G., CARPENTERS, FLOOR INSTALLERS, ETC.). HOWEVER, ACTUAL DESIGN OF THE BATH IS NOT THEIR STRONG SUIT (I.E., GO IN KNOWING WHAT YOU WANT--SOME TIME AT HOME DEPOT OR MENARD''S IS PROBABLY FRUITFUL).
