Quality Fireplace & Chimney Service

Pretty well, but I thought they were a little higher priced. The inspection cost 195$, but this amount was taken off the bill for the work that was completed.

We were able to get an early morning appointment scheduled in just 2 days. Jacob came to our home today and was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable in cleaning out our chimney for our wood burning stove. My husband was cleaning the area during the chimney sweep and Jacob assisted him at no extra charge. They cleaned up very well and gave us good advice about how to take care of our chimney in the future. We will definitely hire them again next year.

I used Quality Fireplace & Chimney Service in November of 2014.  It cost $250 I'm guessing.  I would tell a friend that they're a good price and quality work.

I have had Quality Fireplace & Chimney Service clean out my chimney twice.  I was very satisfied with the work that they did. They were here Fall of last year in September of 2016.  I think the price was $250.  They advised me of what I could do, which I did, that was about it.   He was good at explaining what they were doing and what he found. They seemed to do a good job as far as cleaning the fireplace, not that I did an inspection of their work.  I would tell others it's a good price from what I compared them too and quality work.  I recommend them to neighbors.

They did an amazing job. They showed up on time. They were professional and did exactly as I expected.

Originally they thought they would be delayed several months because of the weather. When they had some gorgeous weather in February, though, they jumped at the chance and got a crew in to do the work. With a two day window, they came out with a double crew and did a bang-up job. They communicated well, did a great job, and were eminent professionals. Would absolutely hire them again.

Overall it went very well. There were no problems. They did everything that they were supposed to do. They did everything efficiently and made sure that they cleaned up after themselves.

Performed inspection and provided recommendations including portion that we could do ourselves and a portion of more substantial repair that could be deferred.
