Wonderful!  Ella knows her stuff and was able to take care of the mold in short order.
It was a quick diagnosis and she was back in just a couple days to wrap up the job.

We'd been smelling a musty smell in our 3 year-old basement bathroom but couldn't find out where it was coming from. After the smell progressively got worse we began to worry that we might have a mold problem but were unsure what steps to take to rectify the situation. John was extremely courteous, prompt and thorough at investigating our problem and was able to quickly isolate the source of the smell which was the (little used) jets in the bathtub and he also recommended where to look to find out how we might clean them out. After a simple application of bleach and water the smell was gone. What a relief! Thanks John!

Puroclean remediated the mold and did a pretty nice job.  You can barely tell that the mold was ever there.

Puroclean was a life saver- setting up fans and dehumidifiers as well as counteracting a plasterer to replace the ceiling that fell in and hiring someone to retile our basement floor. They also replaced the basement ceiling tiles.

John & his team did an outstanding job.  Very reassuring and professional.  When finished, it looked perfect.  We had an insurance claim so I am not sure what the cost was vs other companies doing the same type of business.

Excellent! John was very responsive. Ella & Will were here shortly after we called. They did a GREAT job!

Excellent.  We got water though our patio door which resulted in wet wood floors that began to warp.   They responded quickly to our request and set up mats the very same day.   With in 24 hrs the floors were as good as new.   They left a mat for another day drying to be sure and everything looks great.

Our Sump pump failed during a rainstorm flooding the basement with approximately 2 inches of water. After hours of cleanup and still having the carpet saturated, we called Puroclean for help. Jon called me back within 1 hour and was here shortly there after. He gave me a quote and promised to be here the next day with his crew and extract the water out of the carpet. They placed large heavy duty fans around the basement that ran for 3 days. Jon is very friendly and willing to do anything it takes to do the job right. He addressed all of our concerns. He has a very good crew that did a great job.

Within 24 hours he brought in an "air scrubber" which ran for 3 days and then his crew came in and wiped down all the basement surfaces with an anti-microbial product.  The basement is better than new. While there was not a large amount of mold, he wanted to make sure that the process would provide the best possible outcome.   He and his crew were very conscientious and made the whole experience very positive.  

I woke at 5AM to the sound of rushing water in my house. Never a good sign. A pipe under my kitchen sink had ruptured, causing an untold amount of hot water to cascade through my kitchen, into my living room, and then into the basement. I called my insurance company and they set me up with PuroClean First Responders. I'm glad they did. John was out to my house in under two hours. He assessed the damage and called his team to bring in the right equipment, which included a series of water extractors, fans, and dehumidifiers. Over the course of the next four days, they cleaned up, took measurements to ensure that the water wasn't spreading, and started to remove the items that couldn't be saved. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The trash created by the demolition was bagged and hauled away in their van; the area was clean on their departure. A few days after the work was completed, John called me to see if I had any questions or if there was anything else that they could do. Some companies skip this important stop, but not PuroClean First Responders. When things go terribly wrong, call John and his team.

John was very helpful & responsive and went above and beyond the call for duty. He quickly stopped at the house to do a free estimate, then went over again quickly once we hired him to do the mold remediation and cleaning. There was quite a bit of mold in the air and on the surfaces of the basement, so after some additional testing he went back quickly did a second round of cleaning.
While he was there, he also noticed the smell of gasoline coming from a recently-installed stove. He called to warn me about it, and even tightened the connection free of charge.
He is a very nice man and very helpful. I would definitely hire him again.

I needed mold remediation in a small attic to satisfy an inspection contingency to sell my home.  John was very responsive in getting back to me after the initial contact.  He went up in the attic and did a quick assessment and was flexible on pricing based on the small space.  Work was scheduled and performed to work within my tight schedule.  Work and cleanup with professional and quick.  I would definitely call John again if I need this type of work performed and would definitely recommend to others.

John was very professional from the first time I contacted him. We were in constant communication until my schedule permitted John to come out to the house and do a mold inspection. John was extremely knowledgeable and was able to put my mind at ease to the type of mold in the home. He informed that I could clean up the small areas of mold myself and educated me on how to take care of it myself. John even suggested to save me money for a larger area of mold on the ceiling to go ahead with the drywall contractor I was dealing with and they could contact him if the job needed mold remediation service as he knew the contractor I was using.  I would definitely recommend Puro Clean First Responders to anybody looking for this type of service. John was very informative, knowledgeable, price seemed very reasonable and he's also a master plumber.
