Justin arrived on time. work was completed faster than expected. He was careful to caution me about the treated area for our safely & the dogs. If it works & doesn't come back it will be awesome. Some rules to follow-we shall comply.

Puro Clean was a true sample of professionalism and customer orientation. Two companies came before asking for thousand of dollars to clean the space. Puro Clean came, understood my problem and gave a recommendation to take advantage of work that I already contracted (roof replacement) to get rid of the plywood that has the issue and solve the root problem (lack of ventilation). That was the most cost effective solution for me even when that ended in not using their services. That for me is a true sample of a company that understand their customers instead of trying to get your money. I would work with them anytime and I would recommend them as someone you want to do business with.

We'd been smelling a musty smell in our 3 year-old basement bathroom but couldn't find out where it was coming from. After the smell progressively got worse we began to worry that we might have a mold problem but were unsure what steps to take to rectify the situation. John was extremely courteous, prompt and thorough at investigating our problem and was able to quickly isolate the source of the smell which was the (little used) jets in the bathtub and he also recommended where to look to find out how we might clean them out. After a simple application of bleach and water the smell was gone. What a relief! Thanks John!

Puroclean remediated the mold and did a pretty nice job. You can barely tell that the mold was ever there.

Puroclean was a life saver- setting up fans and dehumidifiers as well as counteracting a plasterer to replace the ceiling that fell in and hiring someone to retile our basement floor. They also replaced the basement ceiling tiles.

John & his team did an outstanding job. Very reassuring and professional. When finished, it looked perfect. We had an insurance claim so I am not sure what the cost was vs other companies doing the same type of business.
