Description of Work: Someone hit our cement mailbox with their car. The person who hit the mailbox, paid a certain amount. However, they came out and gave us an estimate and quoted $480 because they had to bring a special machine out to do the work. They said that they had to pull the cement pole out, pour and replace the cement, then replace the mailbox. They guy came out to fix it and was on time. However, he said he had to go get something else to fix it and while he was gone, he had to stop and do another job. When he came back, he never replaced the cement. He just replaced the bracket and put a new mailbox on; it took him 10 minutes. I didn't think it was worth $480 to do what he did. My husband called to explain to his boss what happened; he said he was sorry but because they quoted us that price, there was nothing they could do about it. I would of had to pay another $480 to have them come back out to fix it. I was really disappointed with them.

Description of Work: Chad did an excellent job removing our old tub surround and drywall to install our new unit. He arrived a little late but he adjusted for that in his labor hours. Dealing with this company from making the appointment with Debbie to the finished work with Chad was an excellent experience, and we will use this company again. Thanks Debbie and Chad.

Description of Work: I used Mr. Handyman of Waukesha and North Milwaukee County to install a door, some locks and things like that.

Description of Work: I contacted Marty from My Handyman in Waukesha to give me an estimate for several different projects. He arrived on time and looked at the room to be drywalled and the back step that needed to be replaced. As he left he told me that he would email me with an estimate of costs in the next few days. I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: They hung a door, changed the lock. They re-enforced the garage.

Description of Work: I called this service person and described my work. I was assured by the office staff that he would return my call later in the day. It is now several weeks later and I have yet to receive a phone call from this gentlemen. My personal "pet Peeve" is not returning a phone call, especially for a business establishment.
